The small aggregated deposits mobilized through this network now contribute meaningfully to the National Economy, strengthening rural liquidity. AGENT’S ELIGIBILITY:

To qualify as an Agent Banking partner, applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria:

The Agent must be well reputed locally, with no significant complaints or involvement in activities against the state

• Minimum education at H.S.C Level.
• Socially acceptable & well known person in that locality.
• Have to financially capable person & ability to handle cash.
• Required Minimum capital for outlet arrangement & requirement BDT 5-8 lakh for Agent Banking operation in Rural area and BDT 10 Lakh & above in urban area.
• The Agent must be well reputed locally, with no significant complaints or involvement in activities against the state
